We will work with you to pre-select a menu of options for your employees, customers, or both to choose from for the appreciation event. We offer a wonderful variety of foods to please a wide range of guests unlike other trucks that have more limited menus. The most common arrangement is that people get to choose one sandwich, one side, one dessert and one drink from a pre-selected menu. We will discuss and develop with you the best menu items and plan for your event. And then you are all done! We come fully self-contained. We don’t need electric, water or anything else from you other than a place to park. Your guests can come up to us and order whatever they want (from your pre-selected menu options). You don’t need to ask anybody in advance. You don’t have to pre-order anything. We will take care of their orders, then at the conclusion of the event, simply give you a bill for what was ordered.
